For years, I didn’t realize that I was living in an anxious state nearly 24/7 until I began implementing self care into the everyday.

I created products to use throughout the day to practically manage the anxiety, prevent burnout, and remind myself to remain mindful.

In 2017, I went on to graduate from the Herbal Academy of New England as a certified Herbalist, in order to professionally formulate these products for Elixir Apothecary.

Those products you see today, are the products that served as the foundation pieces to a lifestyle that helped me manage anxiety effectively, no longer become a victim to burn-out and actually find time for self care.
